The Park

The Park is a vertical mixed-use development on the edge of downtown Austin. It incorporates retail, office, and residential uses within a single 12-story tower while meeting the highest standards of sustainable design. Sustainable elements include a garden roof, photovoltaic on-site energy generation, and innovative solutions to reduce water and energy consumption through re-use and conservation.

The Park’s difficult in-fill site required spatial creativity to both respect the adjacent neighborhood’s scale and meet the program’s gross square footage requirements: 90,000 sq ft of office, 35,000 sq ft feet of residential, and 10,000 sq ft of restaurant and retail. In addition, the program calls for a 250-car parking garage.
