Keynote | ISUF Valladolid

Principal Juan Miró gave the keynote presentation at the 10th ISUF-H International Congress, which took place in Valladolid, Spain, from September 30 to October 3. Organized by the University Institute of Urban Planning (IUU) at the University of Valladolid, this milestone edition was themed "Interdisciplinary Narratives.”

As the regional, Spanish-speaking branch of the International Seminar on Urban Form (ISUF), the congress served as a premier forum for international researchers, architects, and planners. Attendees gathered to present cutting-edge research, debate urban design, and analyze contemporary urban morphology, focusing heavily on public spaces, urban regeneration, and historical city structures.

Following the institutional opening of the congress at the ETSA Valladolid, Juan delivered the featured conference presentation titled "Aprendiendo de la ciudad paisaje" (Learning from the Landscape City), exploring how architecture integrates with nature and urban environments.
