On April 4, join principal Juan Miró for PechaKucha #37 at the historic Millbrook Estate in South Austin. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8:20pm. PechaKucha Night Austin is part of the global PechaKucha Night phenomenon, a controlled creative convergence in which architects, artists, musician, performers, idea activists, and designers meet to showcase their work in a very unique, high-energy format. The PechaKucha 20x20 presentation format is a slide show of 20 images, each auto-advancing after 20 seconds. Presenters each have 400 seconds to tell their story, with visuals guiding the way. PechaKucha was created in Japan in 2003 by architects Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham. The word “PechaKucha” is Japanese for “chit chat.” Full presenter lineup:
