Our first completed vertical mixed-use project, the 25-story Citica in Monterrey, Mexico, has been making headlines across the internet worldwide. This week, the groundbreaking project was featured on e-architect in the United Kingdom, Arqa in Brazil, and Arquitectura Viva in Spain.

Designed in association with Ibarra Aragón Arquitectura, the 301-foot-tall development is intended to serve as a catalyst for a municipal plan to provide pedestrian improvements to major transit corridors radiating from downtown Monterrey.
