Award | Bienal de Arquitectura de Nuevo León

Citica has taken the top prize in the “Vertical Mixed Use” category at the 2019 Bienal de Arquitectura de Nuevo León in Monterrey, Mexico. Designed with Ibarra Aragón Arquitectura, Citica is a 26-story mixed-use development containing retail, offices, and apartments. The project represents the first mixed-use high-rise placed over Venustiano Carranza, a major thoroughfare connecting Monterrey and the nearby municipality of San Pedro Garza García.
